OSHA Construction Site First Aid
Join LeadSmart, now an American Red Cross Authorized Training Provider, for this 4 hour class as we train students basic first aid to assist an injured employee in the critical minutes after an accident. Students will be taught how to apply a tourniquet, how to perform effective CPR, how to properly use an automated external defibrillator (AED) as well as how to recognize and care for many additional medical situations.

Successful completion of this course will allow student to understand legal requirements, apply varied solutions and methods including rescue responsibilities. This course will focus on supported scaffolds used in todays construction that are contained within OSHA 1916.451.
