Moderate Risk Deleading classes in Massachusetts train professionals to handle lead hazards in moderate-risk properties, such as homes with moderate levels of lead contamination or commercial dwellings such as condominiums and apartments. The course emphasizes safe work practices, effective lead control measures, and compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring that participants can manage lead issues effectively while maintaining a safe environment.
Moderate Risk Deleaders are authorized to perform restricted lead hazard work.
This Training/Certificate is intended for contractors who provide services in dwellings that require a Letter of Compliance. This is NOT intended for homeowners working on their own property unless you are a contractor possessing a current LSR-S Certificate
To be eligible for this course you be able to present a CURRENT LSR-S Certificate from a MA training provider (we happen to know a really good one!)
