Renovation Level classes in Massachusetts equip professionals with the skills needed to safely perform renovation work in properties with lead paint. The course covers lead-safe work practices, compliance with regulatory requirements, and methods for minimizing lead dust exposure during renovation projects, ensuring a safe and clean environment for both workers and occupants.

LSR-S are trained to work on materials which contain lead safely but are not hired to remove lead hazards as their primary intention of work.

This course is designed for contractors who work in homes that were built before 1978 and could contain lead based products.
