Renovation Level  LSR-S (Lead Safe Renovator – Supervisor)

Supervisor/Worker Level

Renovation Level classes in Massachusetts equip professionals with the skills needed to safely perform renovation work in properties with lead paint. The course covers lead-safe work practices, compliance with regulatory requirements, and methods for minimizing lead dust exposure during renovation projects, ensuring a safe and clean environment for both workers and occupants.

LSR-S are trained to work on materials which contain lead safely but are not hired to remove lead hazards as their primary intention of work.

This course is designed for contractors who work in homes that were built before 1978 and could contain lead based products.

WHAT STUDENTS ARE SAYING…

“Peter is an excellent instructor. I’ve been in the business 50 years, so normally during my two yearly excursions, it’s 6 hours of counting the ceiling tiles, but Peter held my attention for the entire time. He is very knowledgeable and I learned things I didn’t know before. Never too old to learn! Keep up the good work and great job.”

The instructor was extremely knowledgeable of the Massachusetts and EPA guidelines. Not only did we learn how to use our books, fill out paperwork, watch videos, we also had some in class training on how to properly set up our job sites. I highly recommend this training to anyone who is looking to get lead certified.”
