Energy Code – The Residential Energy code has been updated with MA Amendments ahead of the 9th edition of the MA Building Code. Changes as well as new items that this code brings to the field are discussed during this module. This course will cover the 2021 IECC along with the 225 CMR22 MA Amendments to the Stretch Code and the “Opt In” Specialized Code amendments.

Building Envelope  – How to build a wall assembly that works!  – Review and explanation of strategies to meet the energy code requirements using todays building materials.
