LeadSMART Training is excited to announce our new Moderate Risk Deleading classes, designed to equip professionals with the skills to handle lead hazards in moderate-risk properties, including condominiums and apartments. This essential training covers safe work practices, effective lead control measures, and compliance with both state and federal regulations, ensuring that participants can manage lead issues safely and efficiently.
We offer two convenient formats for the Moderate Risk Deleading classes: an Initial Class – Live, which is a 4-hour course available in Peabody, Norwood, Taunton, and Worcester, MA, and an Initial Class – Virtual, also a 4-hour course, accessible online for those who prefer a remote learning option.
Moderate Risk Deleading certification authorizes professionals to perform restricted lead hazard work, which is crucial for contractors working in properties that require a Letter of Compliance. Please note that this certification is not intended for homeowners unless they hold a current LSR-S Certificate. To be eligible for our Moderate Risk Deleading course, participants must present a valid LSR-S Certificate from a recognized Massachusetts training provider.
With our new Moderate Risk Deleading classes, LeadSMART Training is dedicated to enhancing the skills and compliance of professionals in the field. Whether you prefer an in-person or virtual learning experience, our courses provide comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to ensure effective lead hazard management.
