LeadSMART Training is thrilled to announce the launch of our MA High Risk Deleading classes. These advanced training programs are designed for professionals managing and abating lead hazards in high-risk properties, such as older buildings with significant lead issues. Our comprehensive curriculum covers essential lead removal techniques, safety measures, regulatory compliance, and effective strategies for controlling lead dust and contamination, ensuring thorough and safe remediation practices.

Participants in the MA High Risk Deleading classes will have the opportunity to choose between two levels of training: Supervisor and Worker. The Supervisor Level class offers advanced management techniques for overseeing lead abatement projects in high-risk environments. This four-day course includes training on interactions with lead inspectors, project planning, regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and effective team coordination to ensure successful lead hazard control. Each year, participants will renew their certification through a one-day refresher course.

For those in hands-on roles, the Worker Level class focuses on practical skills and safety practices necessary for executing lead abatement tasks in high-risk settings. This three-day initial class emphasizes hands-on techniques for lead removal, dust control, and personal protection, along with an understanding of regulatory requirements. Like the Supervisor Level, the Worker Level also requires annual renewal through a one-day refresher course.

By offering these tailored training options, LeadSMART Training aims to enhance the skill sets of professionals working in lead hazard remediation. With our High Risk Deleading classes, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively manage lead hazards, ensuring both compliance and safety in your projects.
