The state of Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents actually puts its money where its mouth is when it comes to training. On their website they say, “The prevention of occupational injury and illness is in everyone’s best interest,” and Leadsmart Training couldn’t agree more.
Their highly successful Workplace Safety Grant Program has been extended for another month – ending on 1/31/22.
The MA DIA is offering up to $25,000 for companies to use to create a safe and healthy workplace through training, education and other preventative programs provided by approved partners.
Leadsmart Training is an approved training company for the MA DIA, meaning you can apply for the grant to pay for the required training your workforce needs going into 2022. You must identify your planned trainer on the grant application. Several companies have already named Leadsmart Training and received funding.
Leadsmart trainers are contractors. They know how to make training valuable (even fun) for your crew.
You need to do the training. You want your people to be safe. You might as well use government money for it.
